Silvio Berlusconi, Italian Prime Minister, said:
"Italy is the victim of an international conspiracy"
The trash situation in Naples, the case of Pompei, the announcement of U.S. uncomfortable truth in reports published by Wikileaks soon... There's someone who wants to hit Italy's image in the international arena.

Pompei is crumbling
Pompei is perhaps the most important archaeological site in the world.
No other site keeps his remains so perfectly.
But someone is not very concerned with the protection of Pompei. Maybe the Italian government or perhaps the site responsibles.
In November a very important building was collapsed. The armory of the Gladiators (Armeria dei Gladiatori) has crumbled due to infiltration of water. In the following days other smaller crashes has occurred.
The political parts in Italian politics have been attacked on this story. The majority claims to have no responsibilities. 'The funds are sufficient to protect and preserve the site'. The opposition says the opposite.
Bondi, the Italian Minister of Culture, said that the last restoration work on the building was make in 1950. His words were belied by Google Street View: a photo shows a sign near the house where is possible read that works is underway during 2009.
It is sure that Pompei - the most visited archaeological site in the world, a true open-air museum - is in a serious state of decay.

Protests against Gelmini's reform and revolution in the squares by italian researchers
In every italian town on Nov. 25 there has been a very important student protest.
So many landmarks along Italy have been assaulted by university students.
The reason of the protest is the education and research reform desired by the minister Gelmini. This reform proposes cutting funds for research and public university, new rules for recruitment of researchers and teachers, indirect support for private universities, new rules for primary schools.
In Italy the research is already in deep crisis, this reform is likely to make it disappear.
The interesting thing is that in the streets there's not lazy students, but conscious and mature researchers of their right in jeopardy.
The Pisa's Tower, the Mole Antonelliana, the Colosseum are part of the historical sites used to draw attention to the protest with banners and signs.
Tension in Milan and Florence, where police used batons against students.
In Naples, the researchers have occupied the rectory.

A reflection (by Beppe Grillo) on the case Ruby
I briefly introduced the Ruby case in the last article.
Beppe Grillo, the most important and clever Italian blogger, wrote a reflection that explains how these cases are serious but divert attention from more serious cases.
We know that Berlusconi abuse of his power, and that he didn't conduct worthy his office.
We know that Berlusconi might had a Bunga Bunga with Ruby.
But certainly we know that thousands of Italian men take advantage of the thousands of foreign minors who are on the sidewalks of the country.
And yet thousands of other Italians choose their holidays to make sexual tourism with underage girls and even children.
But all this is told very little on television and newspapers.
Unfortunately, many Italians are made in the image of Berlusconi.
